• Get To Know Me!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your day. For today’s post I thought it would be fun to spill some fun facts about me so you all can get to know me.

    fun facts! :

To start, I am a 2nd year graphic design student at John Abbott, and I am 19 years old. almost when into animation in a different school but the odds brought me to this school. love to animate my original characters and fandoms I enjoy but now, on my free time I prefer designing. it’s so fun and lately I had a burst of good ideas like the example on top. I used a lot of texture to create this look and I used a lot of overlay, multiply and screen effects.

I also enjoy film making (making mini spooky short films and also making cute aesthetic vlogs for myself are my favourite) but editing is the part that tires me out so i stick to short videos. My favourite things to design as a graphic designer are posters (with 3D elements or 2D illustrations), but I’m super excited for packaging later in my semesters. I love using overlay texture to add the finishing touches to my work. But on the topic of 3D, I’m currently Working on another poster using blender, I don’t want to spoil the surprise for you guys but i can tell you all a hint, it’s a very red theme. But back to the facts, i do dream about owning my own company in the near future, hopefully taking off before my last semester ends.

a final fact about me, i love trying new foods, and one day i want to travel the world to try all the dishes from most places. If you all are interested in my work, you can go check me out on Instagram at I.V STUDIO and i will also start posting on tiktok @i.v_studio

  • My first fully rendered blender piece

Hey everyone! I had another practice project (a Dior lip oil). I didn’t render it.

well i ended up switching computers. I’ve started this simple perfume bottle ,to serve as practise. the water was the best part, it’s very satisfying to look at.

adding all the textures to the scenery and main focal point of this piece was fun. it was kind of challenging at first ,because the layout for the adding textures section was confusing. But I tend to learn and improve fast so I got the hang of it after a few hours.

its crazy how 2 years ago I attempted to try to learn blender, but it didn’t come as fast to me as now. when I first got my hands on the modelling software it went horribly wrong. Back then, i tried this one donut tutorial I saw online. it was promised to me to be easy, I was wrong…

My donut shape was bugging out all over the place. When i got that fixed, i thought that i could make the camera position look good. but blender decided against that. It started going all over the place too. At this point, i was fuelled by willpower and stubbornness together things done. But poetically enough, the cherry on top was making the icing. I’ve gave up and never touched that program again, until now !

that’s my whole blender journey up to this point. Hope you guys found this story somewhat entertaining and don’t forget to stay tuned. i post on instagram ( follow me : I.V. STUDIO ) and tiktok( follow me : I.V._STUDIO ) I’ll be posting more designs soon !!
